MTT is part of the Luxor Group, a group well known nationally and internationally.
The group has been founded since 1993 by Mr. Jamel Ksibi, civil engineer of the National School of Engineering of Tunis (ENIT) since 1981 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) since 2005.
Mr. Jamel KSIBI has lead large projects such as airports, highways, dams and works for oil companies in Tunisia and abroad
